EQ-i 2.0 Assessment



The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual. 

The EQ-i 2.0 provides you with a picture of how you operate emotionally, your areas of strength and potential areas for development. There are many ways to develop your EQ competencies.  The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete.

The report you receive provides a detailed analysis of your results and a one hour debriefing session is included with your assessment.

Highly recommended for individual development, organizational development and career counseling.

The EQ-i 2.0 provides an overall EI score based on the composites of:

  • Self-Expression
  • Interpersonal
  • Decision Making
  • Stress Management

The EQ-i also provides a well-being indicator consisting of the individual’s scores in:
